In collaboration with the area's economic development finance agency (Development Finance Authority (DFA)) and private developers (John Blickle, President of the Rubber City Arches chain of McDonald's restuarants and Paul Thomarios of Thomarios Construction), Oliver Ocasek Building, a former State building, was converted into the new location of the City of Akron's municipal courthouse.
